We opened this store in March of 2004 for the customer who still wanted discounts but needed the product on the go. Our showroom consists of quality for the dollar and factory closeouts. We allow you to pick up 7 days a week or we can deliver within 2 days. (Some areas maybe not apply). We get truckloads of furniture every week and believe in passing our savings onto you.

Delivery Policies
Deliveries: If any damage is found during the delivery of your furniture the delivery team will notify the store while at your home. This damage will also be noted on the delivery copy of your sales order. If any damage is found after the receipt of your order, simply call our customer service department within 48 hours. Darro Furniture reserves the right to inspect any damaged furniture in your home. For your convenience we will attempt to service any item in your home, before having to take it back to our in-store service area. At the discretion of our service department we will repair or replace any damaged item.
Pick-Ups: Any merchandise that was picked up by the customer that has damage must be reported within 24 hours. The merchandise must be in the same packaging as it was received. Customers will be responsible for securing their items, we will not be held responsible for damage due to faulty loading procedures used by the customer. All other service procedures shall be the same as explained in the delivery policy stated above.
Professional Delivery
Our delivery team is here to serve you. Every delivery that we make also includes set-up of your new furniture. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you cannot have someone at your home to receive your merchandise. We will reschedule for a better day and times. Our delivery trucks deliver from 8:00AM - 3:00PM (T-Sat). To give each customer the proper attention, we cannot give a precise time. We do however call the day before to give you a time window in which our delivery personnel will be at you home. Please be home for your delivery. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANOTHER DELIVERY IF NO ONE IS HOME.If your delivery is C.O.D., and your intentions are to pay by either check or charge card it will be necessary for the delivery team to get an approval for the amount to be collected before the merchandise is placed in your home. If the amount is not paid, the merchandise will be returned to the store and delivery will be rescheduled. Upon redelivery, an additional charge will be assessed. If you are paying your C.O.D. by check our drivers will need the drivers license or state id number of the check signer, and the name of the signer must be imprinted on the check. Our drivers do not carry change, so you must have the exact amount if you're paying by cash.Please have your home ready for delivery. There should be safe and reasonable access to your property, driveway and sidewalks and the delivery path inside your home clear of breakables. The area where your new furniture is to be placed should be clear and ready. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover delivery people moving your personal furniture. We cannot be responsible for damage that is caused due to narrow hallways or doorways that are to small to properly deliver the merchandise you purchased. Please CONFINE YOUR PETS.In case of a new home or you recently moved, please make sure we have your current address and phone number. If your address is hard to find, or you're in a new subdivision please give your salesperson general instructions.
Pick Ups
We have multiple warehouses, all within a few blocks of our store. At the time of your pick up you will be directed to the proper location. 500 Holmes Corporate Center for Darro Furniture Stores Customer Pick Up hours are Monday-Friday at the is 8:00AM- 3:00pm..The Darro Depot Pick up Hours are Monday – Friday 9:30am- 4:45pm Saturday pick up Hours 10:15am – 5:45pm Sunday 11:15am- 5:45pm24-hour notice must be given to pick up your order, so that your merchandise can be pulled and ready.We have learned over the years customers pick up merchandise in all types of vehicles. We insist on opening all cartons and packaging for full inspection prior to leaving with any merchandise to know it was left in good condition, it may be necessary for the consumer to assemble some items.Please check in at the sales counter at our store to receive proper paperwork for pickups
