Policies and Warranties

Stain Protection

Darro Furniture offers Protection first a upholstered fabric treatment. For a nominal fee, this warranty will be given to you upon purchasing your new furniture.  When purchasing leather furniture, ask your Sales Associate about the Leather Care Treatment that is available. Protect your purchase from rip, tears, burns, fading, etc., for a period of 5 years.



Service/Warranty Policies

Darro Furniture believes that our customer's buying experience should be second to none. For this reason we stand behind every item we sell, for no shorter a period then one year from date of purchase. We believe that the best customer is a happy customer that is why we warranty products for a minimum of one year, even though in today's market place some manufacturers no longer give us warranties. Naturally, we will extend to the consumer any manufacturer's warranty that is longer than one year. DarroFurniture will repair, replace or refund as directed by the manufacturer. Should you experience any problems with your merchandise that you purchased from Darro Furniture, simply call us. We will make every attempt to solve this problem in a timely manner. The following guidelines are basic warranties that apply to furniture, subject to normal use in the home and not to defects from negligence, misuse or accidents. These warranties are extended to the original purchaser.  
Upholstery

Most fabrics have a warranty of one year. Maker's of upholstery fabrics do not warranty wear ability or color fastness. We endeavor to sell only the best fabrics, based on the information that is given to us by suppliers. Frame, spring and cushion warranties vary from company to company; feel free to ask your Sales Associate about warranty information for your particular purchase. Fading, pilling and shading are characteristics of certain types of fabrics and are not defects. Seat cushions may slip or shift slightly around the foam core. Regular cushion rotation will reduce this problem.  
Case Goods (Wood Products)

Darro Furniture warranties all case goods for a period of one year against any problem that may occur from poor workmanship. It is the nature of wood to have knots, mineral deposits, wormholes and unusual grain patterns; this is the natural beauty of wood. They are inherent to wood and are not defective unless they interfere with the product giving satisfactory service. 
Bedding

We strictly adhere to manufacturer's warranties. Bedding sold in match set (mattress and foundation) is warranted to the initial customer, by the manufacturer. Manufacturers will not warranty any mattress that has been soiled or stained, therefore, use of a mattress pad is recommended.
 Cancellation and Refunds

Darro Furniture: Refunds will be given on any deposit placed with us for undelivered sales within seven (4) days from the date of the sale. After seven (4) days an in store credit only will be issued. Any deposits made with a bankcard will be refunded in the form of a credit to the bankcard used at the time of purchase. In case of a check deposit no refund will be given prior to ten (5) working days from the date the check is written.
Sorry, NO CASH REFUNDS. Special order and clearance merchandise is not subject to cancellation or refund. Merchandise Reselection is available for all merchandise (expect special orders and clearance items) returned in it's original condition and accompanied by the sale receipt within seven (7) from delivery or pick-up. Return merchandise may be subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Delivery, labor and fabric protection charges are not subject to refund or credit. Darro Depot: Currently has NO RETURN POLICY- Any product bought and was not acquired will have a store credit. Any piece of furniture that is delivered and is a no fit in the customers home will be brought back to the store and a store credit will be applied to the customer and a redelivery charge will be applied. Anything bought from stock that is picked up is inspected and thus under customer care once left - we are not responsible for goods damaged on transport by customer.Special Order and Clearance Merchandise

Special Order Merchandise requires a 40% deposit to initialize an order. Once your special order merchandise is ordered your deposit becomes nonrefundable and nontransferable. At the time of your purchase a minimum estimated time in which your order will be shipped would be written on your Sales Order. This estimated date is given according to the information on hand at the time the order is written and is subject to change by us based on factory changes. Actual delivery may vary from this estimation. In case of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed of your order status. We will strive to get your special order to you as soon as it becomes available.
Clearance Merchandise will not include any service or warranty. Any merchandise that is sold "AS IS" is subject to No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds, No Guarantees and all Sales are final.
